The compact studio is part of a 57 m² apartment that the customers have purposefully purchased as an investment. In consultation with the designer, they decided to divide the living space into two self-contained studios in order to rent out housing to two clients at once.
Now I will show you the first of the apartments, and the link to the second and the layout are posted at the end of the article.
- total area: 28 m²
- Number of rooms: euro two
- A place: Moscow
- Who lives here: for rent
- Budget: 2.5 million rubles (for both studios)
- Designers: Ivan Chernechkov, Maxim Serbinenko
The idea was successfully implemented due to a sufficient number of windows and the presence of two risers. As a result, each studio was connected to separate water and sewerage systems, and meters were also lit. Thus, the hallway became the only common area.
Living room
A small mini-living room was equipped by the window with a TV area opposite. The pull-out gray sofa can be converted into an extra bed.
The posters above it and the textiles maintain the main accent color in the room, refreshing the calm finish.
The standard window textiles were dropped to save space and make the apartment more airy. Light access is regulated with a Roman shade.
Kitchen
The headset was placed with the letter P. The bar counter acts as a dining table, as well as a zoning element.
The kitchen was chosen in a Scandinavian combination of white and wood. She was placed at a right angle. For greater roominess, two upper tiers were used.
A yellow-tiled apron adds a bold accent, while black elements, including a bar support and lighting fixtures, add a graphic touch.
Bedroom
The apartment has an isolated 8.4 m² bedroom. There are also catchy yellow details here. Vertical stripes on the walls visually raise the ceiling slightly.
The air conditioner could not be brought out to the facade. They decided to place it in the corner of the room and sew it into a box. A tabletop was placed on top, forming a workplace.
Hallway
A spacious storage cabinet was installed in the hallway. Some of the facades were highlighted with a contrasting color. In addition, a refrigerator was built next to it.
Bathroom
The small bathroom was relatively freely equipped with everything you need - a shower corner, a washing machine and a sink with a cabinet.
The room was decorated in neutral gray and white colors. The floor and shower area were reinforced with geometric motifs.
