Recently I purchased sun loungers for a summer residence. When transporting them to the point, an incident occurred, the upper part was vomited by a strong wind. The new product has been damaged... The wife was very upset.

The next day I decided to rehabilitate myself with the help glue "cosmophen" and soda connect parts... After suffering for two hours, I managed to glue them together. But after I lay down on a chaise longue, my creativity fell off again.

After reading the forums and looking at the videos, I took out information from there that you can glue the plastic with the help of a harmful substance - dichloroethane.

I bought it for 30 rubles in an electronics store, and immediately rushed to the garage to try it out. But it was not there. This liquid did not react with my plastic (chaise longue). Damn what to do? I thought to myself.

Not far from my place of solitude (garage), there is a car service, I decided to take a walk to it, find out how they repair plastic bumpers. To the surprise of the car mechanic, they told me in detail how to, very reliably, repair the plastic. With this information, I rushed to the garage to make repairs.

Plastic repair

To repair a chaise longue, I need two things: I have a soldering iron 100 W.

Fine mesh. As I was prompted, excellent guys from the service, a mesh for repair can be obtained from a strainer, I just had an old sieve in my garage.

I cut it into pieces of the required length.

To the place where the crack is, I apply a mesh and start heating the metal to such an extent that it falls into the sieve.

I remove the soldering iron and hold the mesh with a screwdriver so that the mesh does not play back. I wait for the plastic to cool and remove the screwdriver. Thus, I pass the entire surface of the mesh and plastic.

And from the outside, I slightly solder the crack. It will not turn out beautifully, but strong.

Stop, stop, stop. If you didn't like how I did it, then keep in mind, I made it for myself, the two pieces of plastic joined well. Hold the load. Already checked!

If you have anything to write on the case, be sure to read your comment. And if you are going to throw waste, then pass by!

I hope my efforts deserve your likes! Thanks friends.
