Designer Pavel Sobolev designed a 48 m² kopeck piece for himself. The apartment combines elements of a number of styles - chalet, loft, neoclassical and chateau style. The interior looks as if it was a few centuries ago, but at the same time it is comfortable and functional in a modern way.

  • total area: 48 m2
  • Number of rooms: 2
  • A place: Kurkino, Moscow
  • Who lives here: bachelor
  • Budget: 2-2.5 million rubles
  • Designer: Pavel Sobolev
The apartment is located on the top floor of the building, and in a number of rooms the ceiling height exceeds 4 meters. The owner decided to play up this positive feature of the living space and equipped a mini-library right under the roof.

Living room

The living room was divided into several zones. A place for watching TV was equipped here. An electric fireplace was installed under the TV.

A mini-bar was placed nearby. A glass cabinet for drinks was inserted into the protruding corner. The bar counter also serves as a dining table.

A mini-office was set up in the back of the room. Due to the domed windows, natural light from here enters the interior of the apartment.

Kitchen

The niche kitchen was placed to the left of the entrance. All the necessary functionality is compactly located on an area of only 3.5 m².

Bedroom

The bedroom evokes even greater associations with the interior of a medieval castle, but at the same time it looks warm due to the careful selection of shades.

The rest of the library was placed in the room along one of the walls. Wooden beams have appeared under the ceiling, referring to the style of the chalet.

Hallway

The general spirit of the Middle Ages is caught immediately upon entering the apartment. A link with history is also established by the classic bench.

Bathroom

The bathroom continues the concept of the residential part of the apartment. Tiles and mosaics support the idea of castle brick walls.

A storage system was installed behind the toilet. She was hidden behind roller shutters.
