Previously, I did not allow myself to sleep more than 6 hours a day. Blockages at work, household chores, childcare and other problems prevented me from basking in bed for a long time. And as soon as there were health problems, I decided to reconsider my attitude to sleep. I built myself a comfortable schedule and began to sleep two hours more. 8 hours is enough to restore strength and then not have problems with cholesterol in the blood.

Pumpkin is your helper

Pumpkin is an incredibly useful product that helps fight many diseases. In winter, it helps protect against seasonal infections and colds.

I recently included pumpkin in my diet and started consuming it as often as possible. And within a month, the cholesterol level dropped significantly.

Don't forget to move

Active physical activity will help to bring cholesterol back to normal. Regular morning jogging will be enough to speed up the solution to the problem. It is also worth paying attention to the dynamic loads that our body needs. Tennis, cycling and volleyball will come in handy here.

As a child, my parents constantly stuffed me with fish oil. I tried to throw away the ill-fated pill whenever possible. But already in adulthood, I realized that fish oil is very necessary for maintaining health. It is high in omega-3 acids, which help regulate cholesterol levels in the body.
