In our country, in recent years, metal profile fences have become the most popular. They are not difficult to make by a person with straight arms and a welding machine. Well, there is also a minimal set of tools that every business person has.
The simplicity and speed of installation of such a fence attract many. But the appearance of 90 percent of these structures looks like a temporary fence on a construction site. But, adding a little material and your time, you can weld a quite nice structure from a metal profile.
An acquaintance of mine was doing minor repairs on the outside of his half of the house, and at the same time wanted a low fence made of metal profiles from the facade. Like everyone else, like a construction site! But I convinced him, and welded a more interesting structure.
Here is the difference from the generally accepted design. A whole frame is made from a profile pipe. Then, on one side of the frame along the perimeter, we weld strips of metal, they should overlap the pipe by several centimeters and also need a release inside the frame.
It turned out a frame from a strip inside a frame from a profile pipe. And in this frame we will screw the metal profile. It turns out that the colored sheets will be, as it were, inside the frame. In the photo above, each section has a vertical vein in the middle for the strength of the frame and joining the sheets.
This fence is not high, I placed the waves of the metal profile in a horizontal plane. If there was just a high fence, then this vein can be put into the horizon in the middle of the frame. This fence will not have sharp edges at the top and bottom. It is also very easy to bend these ends, especially at the bottom, with any slight pressure, then nothing can be fixed.
This design looks very good and soundly from the front side. The photo shows that the profile is not new, just familiar, the person is not the richest, but he had a metal profile.
I love to get excited and creative in welding! Therefore, I made the sections of the fence removable. I don’t know if this opportunity will come in handy someday or not, but I just wanted it!
