A few months ago I had a large welding order for a semi-trailer redesign.
The meaning of this alteration was to transport any goods from an ordinary trailer, which you can see on the roads every day, to weld a structure for transporting bulk material.
I made such orders more than once, but here it was required that the height from the floor was 255 centimeters, quite high, which means that it is not very convenient to work!
The photo above is the beginning of work. Here is the dismantling of the old metal structure, side mounting brackets and everything else. At this stage of the work, the big and small grinder does not let go!
There is a lot of work with such a design, everything is long to describe and not everyone is interested, just look at the final result. At the end of the work I took some pictures and a very short 20 second video.
He cooked, mostly alone, sometimes he attracted an assistant when it was required to cut a lot with a grinder or do the installation of structures.
Simple 200 amp inverter and 3mm electrodes!
