The quick pie recipe does not require lengthy hand kneading or time-consuming raising. A dish is being prepared from improvised simple products. It can serve as a great snack, breakfast or lunch.
First you need to prepare the following components:
- 360 g wheat flour;
- 6 chicken eggs;
- 0.5 kg of white cabbage;
- 2 tbsp. l. refined olive oil;
- 1 hour l. sesame seeds;
- 1 bunch of parsley or dill;
- 300 ml of low-fat kefir;
- 1 hour l. baking powder;
- 1.5 hours l. sea salt;
- a pinch of ground pepper.
First, sift the flour and mix it with baking powder. Pour kefir into a bowl, drive in eggs, add 1 tsp. l. salt and mix thoroughly. You can knead the dough with a spoon, spatula, or use a mixer or blender for this purpose. The result should be a batter.
He is left aside, and in the meantime, the cabbage head is washed and the specified amount of the vegetable is finely chopped. Lightly salted and pepper. Greens are washed and finely chopped. Stir in cabbage.
The bottom of a silicone or iron mold is lined with parchment paper. Then they spread the vegetables, which are poured over with dough. Sprinkle everything on top with sesame seeds and send it to the oven. Bake should be at a temperature of + 180 ° С for half an hour. You can check the readiness of the dish with a toothpick.
The finished cake is taken out of the oven. Allow it to cool and only then carefully remove it from the mold. Now you can serve it to the table.

A quick shortbread pie with cabbage is also appetizing. Products for its preparation can be found in every kitchen. For the test you need to take:
- 1 egg;
- 100 g flour;
- 100 g margarine or butter;
- 100 ml sour cream 20% fat;
- 1/2 tsp l. salt;
- 1/4 tsp l. baking soda;
- 1/2 tsp l. Sahara.
For the filling you will need:
- 500 g of white cabbage;
- 1 tbsp. l. sunflower oil;
- 1 tbsp. l. natural cream 30% fat;
- a pinch of salt and a mixture of peppers.
First, the cabbage is washed and cut into small cubes. Fry in vegetable oil for 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly. Add cream, salt and pepper before removing from heat.
Combine flour, salt, sugar and baking soda in a small bowl. Add sour cream and egg. Stir until smooth. Margarine is melted in a water bath or in the microwave. Pour it into the dough and mix thoroughly.
The bottom of the mold is first greased with vegetable or butter. Then sprinkle with flour or breadcrumbs. Pour out 1/2 of the dough. Then the filling is carefully laid out. Pour the remaining half of the dough on top.
The oven is heated to a temperature of + 150 ° C and the dish is baked for 35-40 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
Yeast dough can also cook quickly. You just need to observe the proportions in the recipe. For him they take:
- 200-250 g flour;
- 125 g butter or margarine;
- 100 ml warm water;
- 1/2 tsp l. dry yeast;
- 1/2 tsp l. baking soda;
- 1 tbsp. l. Sahara;
- 1/2 tsp l. salt.
For the filling you will need:
- 300 g cabbage;
- 1-2 medium carrots;
- 40-50 ml of sunflower oil;
- 10 g sugar;
- 5 g of salt.
The butter should be cut into small cubes and melted in the microwave or steam bath. Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Connect these 2 components. Add salt, sugar, baking soda, flour and mix well. First, use a spoon or spatula to knead. Then you need to work with your hands.
Wrap the finished dough in plastic wrap and send to the refrigerator. In the meantime, you can start preparing the filling. Wash, peel and chop the carrots on a medium or fine grater. Finely chop the cabbage head. Pour oil into a preheated pan or saucepan and fry the vegetables. 10-15 minutes is enough. Season with salt and pepper at the end of frying.
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Roll out circles with a diameter of 0.8-1 cm. Put the first layer on the bottom of the mold. Next comes the filling and the second part of the dough. Grease the pie with an egg and bake for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of + 160... + 180 ° С.
