Step by step process

In order to save time, you need to cook several products in advance: a piece of beef fillet without fat and veins, hard-boiled eggs, beets in their skins. Recipe for making "Serbian" salad:

  • Peel the onion, cut into small pieces, fry in sunflower (butter) oil until transparent.
  • Chop the boiled beef into small cubes, add to the pan, salt and pepper, mix well. After 10 minutes, remove from the stove and cool.
  • Gently peel off the finished cold beets. Chop the vegetable on a coarse grater.
  • Grind the garlic with a press. Mix with beetroot mass.
  • Finely chop the peeled boiled eggs.
