Salads such as "Fur coat" and "Olivier" will never lose their relevance, but sometimes you want to diversify your festive or everyday table. When there is no desire or opportunity to stand in the kitchen for a long time, each housewife should have tasty and quick dishes in stock. The Minute salad is one of those.

Required products and recommendations
If there is any doubt that family members will like the salad, do not prepare a large portion right away. For the first tasting, i.e. a small amount of food, you will need the following ingredients:
- 150 g tomatoes;
- 2 eggs (chicken);
- 80 g cheese (hard);
- 200 g ham;
- 150 g mayonnaise.
Eggs are immersed in cold water and put on fire. When the water boils, the time is counted. After 8-10 minutes, when the eggs are boiled, drain the boiling water and immediately pour cold water. This method helps to simplify the shelling process.
The salad is prepared in layers, so you should take the appropriate dishes under it. Its walls should not be too low.
In the cooking process, you can avoid using salt, for example, if you buy salted cheese. But for those who cannot do without this product, there are some tips:
- Do not add salt to the tomato layer if the dish is not immediately served. The vegetables will begin to juice faster, making the salad look watery. Better to salt the ham. Another option is to put a salt shaker on the table.
- Use finely ground food.
Before serving, the salad can be decorated with sprigs of herbs.
Cooking sequence
The first layer will be meat. Cut the ham into medium-sized cubes and pour into a salad bowl. The meat should cover the bottom evenly. Top the ham with mayonnaise. For quick cooking, you can use a store-bought product with a low percentage of fat. If you have a few minutes to spare, it's best to prepare the sauce yourself. It is not worth using all 150 g at once, since the product is required to coat each layer.
Cheese will be next. It is crushed on a coarse grater, and then evenly spread in a salad bowl. The cheese is also smeared with mayonnaise.
The third layer is tomatoes. For a salad, it is better to use fruits that have a fleshy structure, i.e. not watery. Otherwise, the tomato will flow (give up juice), which will lead to a decrease in the external and taste qualities of the dish. Cut the vegetables into cubes and completely cover the cheese layer. Tomatoes are also smeared with mayonnaise.
Eggs are peeled and chopped on a grater. If you use a tool with large meshes, the dish will not turn out fluffy. Grated eggs are poured into a salad bowl and evenly distributed over the surface. At this stage, the cooking process is complete.
The salad can be served immediately. To improve the taste of the dish, it is recommended to put it in the refrigerator for 50-60 minutes.
