For sweet tomatoes, prepare:
- fresh herbs (you can use whatever you like);
- 1 head of garlic;
- lavrushka 2-3 leaves;
- 45 g sugar;
- 20 g salt;
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vinegar essence (preferably grape).
Marinade is prepared similar to the "Family" recipe. Greens are soaked in jars in boiling water for 10 minutes. Salt, sugar, bay leaves and vinegar are put into this liquid. It is brought to a boil and poured into jars.
IMPORTANT! Poke the tomatoes several times with a toothpick before placing them in the jars. And cut the onion into half rings and put on top.
Spicy recipe
For thrill-seekers, there is a recipe that gives tomatoes a spicy and rich flavor. For him you will need:
- 200 ml of table vinegar;
- 420 g sugar;
- 4 - 6 cloves of garlic;
- 1 sweet red pepper;
- grated horseradish root;
- 1 - 2 chili peppers (can be substituted with jalapenos);
- dill.
Cooking method:
Spices are laid out at the bottom of the jar, the tomatoes are mixed with pieces of sweet pepper. Next, the marinade is cooked, poured into jars, hot pepper, horseradish, garlic and vinegar are added. Banks are rolled up and stored in a dark place until they cool completely.
