The Extraordinary Tenderness salad has several variations, but each recipe involves the use of chicken fillet. The rest of the components can be completely different, which allows you to prepare a dish from products that are already in the refrigerator. It is customary to use mayonnaise as a salad dressing.

With cheese and rice
"Tenderness" with the addition of rice turns out extraordinary. This salad is not only delicious, but also nutritious. It can be quickly prepared and served if relatives or friends suddenly appear. For "Extraordinary Tenderness" you will need:
- 0.5 kg of chicken breast;
- 6 eggs;
- 200 g of hard cheese;
- 2 medium carrots;
- 80 g long grain rice;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- ¼ h. l. ground black pepper;
- salt to taste;
- 80-100 g of mayonnaise.
If there is a boiled fillet, you can use it. Otherwise, the poultry for the salad will have to be cooked. To do this, pour cold water into a small saucepan and dip the breast there. They are sent to the fire. After boiling, add salt, black peppercorns, 1-2 bay leaves and half an onion. Cook until tender. Cool the meat in the broth. This will make it more juicy and softer. Then it is cut into longitudinal sticks or simply divided by hand into fibers.
Rice groats for "Extraordinary Tenderness" should be boiled. The rice should be completely cooked and crumbly. Eggs are hard boiled for 10 minutes. Then they clean and grind on a coarse grater.
The garlic cloves are peeled and passed through a press. Then mixed with mayonnaise and lightly pepper. Carrots are chopped on a fine grater. The same manipulation is done with a bar of cheese. If there is no hard product, pickle, such as mozzarella, will do.
The salad is laid out in layers. For this, it is good to use round salad tins. Chicken is laid out on the bottom of a flat dish and covered with a net of garlic-mayonnaise dressing. The next layers are rice, egg yolks, carrots and cheese. Ready salad is optionally decorated with sprigs of parsley, basil or dill. You can put olive circles on top.
With cucumber and prunes
If there is fresh cucumber, nuts and dried fruits in the house, you can prepare the Tenderness salad using a different recipe. For the dish take:
- 400 g chicken or turkey breast;
- 1 long fresh cucumber;
- 100 g walnuts or cashews;
- 150 g prunes;
- 4 eggs;
- ½ hour l. coarse sea salt;
- ¼ h. l. ground pepper mixture;
- 150-160 g of mayonnaise.
Boil the chicken and eggs for "Extraordinary Tenderness". Then the bird is cut into cubes. The shells are removed from the eggs, the yolk is separated from the protein and everything is chopped on a grater with small cells separately.
Salad prunes are washed and dried on a paper towel. If it is too dry and hard, soak this product in boiling water for 5-6 minutes. Then the dried fruit is carefully dried and cut into small pieces. The same is done with a cucumber.
The nuts are lightly fried in a dry frying pan and crumpled with a rolling pin. The result should be pieces of different sizes.
Start assembling the "Tenderness" salad. At the bottom of a plate with a large diameter, spread the breast, gloves, salt and grease with mayonnaise. Then there are prunes, crushed nuts, proteins, cucumber and yolks.
