The fruits should be passed through a juicer. In addition to the escaping liquid, cake should also be used, which appears when the raw material is passed through an electric device. To do this, squeeze the mixture using a fine sieve, pressing it down with a spatula or spoon.
With simple steps and 15 minutes of work, you can get an additional volume of a tasty drink with a thick consistency. If you make more effort, you will be able to practically dry the cake and squeeze out all the liquid from it.
The freshly squeezed product obtained with the help of electrical equipment is mixed with the mass passed through a sieve. Then salt and granulated sugar are added to the composition. For 4 liters of drink, you need to take 4 tbsp. l. sugar and 2 tbsp. l. salt, for 1 l - 1 tbsp. l. sugar and 1 tsp. l. salt.
After these manipulations, the pan must be put on an intense heat and bring the contents to a boil. During cooking, a light foam will appear on top - it does not need to be removed.
Then the drink is boiled over medium heat for 5-6 minutes. When it boils and the foam comes off, you should evaluate the taste of the liquid and make changes to the composition based on individual preferences.
