What is needed: a glass, a dozen chicken eggs, a pot of water, three bowls, two hollow metal tubes.
So, the first thing we do is take a tall glass cup and put it in a pot of water. Instead of a glass, you can use a container from a French press. After that, we press down the glass with a suitable weight so that it does not float. We turn on the burner. It is very important to do everything right so that the glass is immersed in water and heats up in it gradually.
While the water is boiling in the pan, we take the prepared ten eggs and perform the procedure for separating the yolk from the protein. As you might have guessed, pour the protein into one bowl, and put the yolks in another.
