It's no secret that everyone in the apartment has a bunch of things hidden just in case. By and large, such "stashes" will never come in handy, but they take up a lot of space, creating eternal chaos. No matter how thrifty we consider ourselves and do not like to have everything in reserve, but the apartments are not dimensionless, therefore you should think about total cleaning so that there is order and your heart does not ache from being thrown out in the heat the right thing.
1. Shoe boxes
Shoe boxes are the most unnecessary and bulky items in the apartment, which should be disposed of immediately after going to a shoe store. Long gone are the days when 100 pairs of shoes from every fashionista were stored only in boxes so as not to lose their shape.
Not only do they take up a lot of space, but it will take a lot of time to find the right pair. However, the modern industry offers a huge selection of organizers and compact shoe racks that take up much less space and are more practical. Particularly in demand are transparent / semi-open organizer models, which facilitate both searches and revisions in case of putting things in order.
2. Spoiled things that are precious as a memory
The most useless collecting that you can ever think of is storing spoiled things, reminiscent of unpleasant, but especially striking events of the past. A faded / spoiled hand-embroidered tablecloth, a shabby scarecrow, a gnarled vase, made awry in creative impulse, a broken children's bike and many other once valuable things that bring memories. It is from this kind of rarities and absolutely unnecessary things that you need to get rid of in the first place and without regret, they will certainly never be useful.
3. Duplicate items / things
In most cases, the purchase of a carpet or a vacuum cleaner ends with the new thing taking pride of place on the floor in the living room or in the corner of the dressing room, and the old one goes... to the balcony. And this is instead of moving to the dacha or into good hands, if they are still in good condition. There is no logic in such storage at all, but not everyone succeeds in gathering the will into a fist and saying goodbye to unnecessary things.
4. Remains of building materials after repair
After the repair, there are always remnants of paint, tiles, linoleum cuts, rolled wallpaper, half a bag of soaked cement and a bunch of all sorts of different materials that most leave for everyone happening. But, as practice shows, this kind of things calmly lie until the next repair, or even not just one, overgrowing with new remnants and, ultimately, no one even remembers whose they are and where they came from. In order not to turn into "buns", it is better to give these materials to those who are just starting repairs, they may be useful to them, and in your apartment they will collect only dust and "warm up" irritation. If there are no acquaintances or relatives who are planning transformations in the apartment, they can even be sold on Internet platforms, so that you will not be left at a loss, and free up space for the necessary things.
5. Broken dishes
Well, this is already a classic of the genre, and no matter what arguments are given, right up to inventing terrible signs, the storage of broken dishes cannot be eradicated from our apartments and the subconscious. Not only does all this rubbish clutter up shelves, drawers and all kinds of cabinets, thereby spoiling even the most expensive interior, so some unique people manage to glue it together with superglue. This kind of creativity is fraught with great health problems. And if this time was lucky - there were no burns, then it is very easy to pick up a terrible allergy from an adhesive.
The only exceptions can be adherents of Japanese culture, which has drawn up its canons on this matter. Perhaps only the Japanese believe that wear / damage, as well as traces of repairs on dishes, are an integral part of history. It is the cracks and obvious marks of the restoration that make it individual and more attractive. And many of them deliberately beat the dishes to create... a unique masterpiece using the kintsugi technique.
6. Gift boxes and packaging from household appliances
It is not worth keeping various cases, boxes and insanely beautiful packaging bags, even if they were presented with the most dear gifts and jewelry to your heart. This also applies to kilometers of ribbons and several kilograms of bows from bouquets of flowers, hidden just in case. If such precedents periodically occur or you are a needlewoman experimenting and creating daily unique masterpieces, then this kind of thing may come in handy, but for the bulk of dreamers they certainly are not needed.
The same situation arises with boxes from household appliances. As a rule, more than one warranty period passes, when the owners decide to get rid of bulky dust collectors that spoil the interior of the apartment. Although there are exceptions in this case, they can be boxes from phones, expensive office equipment or exclusive items that you plan to sell in the future. Such a product will have a more presentable appearance and may jump in price only due to the presence of the original packaging.
7. Items that have lost their relevance, a large number of souvenirs and bulky decor
Often, in a fit or for a company, we acquire things and objects that, in fact, are absolutely useless, but at that moment they were considered a squeak of fashion or we really wanted to. The same situation occurs during travel, when the merchants persuaded or just really liked some colorful large-sized item and decided to take it home as a souvenir.

At first, from acquisitions and in one and the other cases, all household members (well, at least the one who brought the masterpiece) are touched and even proud of the acquisition, but then they are happy about this item forget. And they remember (with an evil word) only during cleaning or when they once again stumbled over this archaism. If the above is your example, then you should not postpone the trip to the trash can, get rid of such decor elements without the slightest regret.

8. Beautiful bottles
The products of the glass industry are sometimes really surprising, especially if you come across original and unusual bottles. How beautiful the glass masterpiece does not look, but this is not a reason to arrange a warehouse on the balcony or closet, because this specimen was especially surprised. Empty exclusive containers can be collected only if you are a collector or do original things with your own hands using bottles. In other cases, it is better to hand over such a work of glass art to a recycling center (if accepted) or send it to a trash can.
Many of us are familiar with the problem when you open a packed closet to choose an outfit, and there is absolutely nothing to wear. If you find yourself in this position, you should pay attention to 12 pretty practical ideas to help you clean up your wardrobe while keeping all your favorite things.
