Everyone loves fried meat in the same way that no one likes to suffer with a dirty wire rack after cooking it. Its cleaning procedure is not the easiest and fastest. Fat and carbon deposits dig deep into metal rods, after which they become very difficult to remove. Fortunately, there is at least one effective method that will allow you to clean the grate after a feast without unnecessary headaches.
So, first of all, it should be noted that if you wash the grate immediately after cooking, until the fat on it is completely frozen and the carbon deposits have not hardened, it will be much easier. However, first point your finger at the person who will break away from the feast immediately after cooking meat or fish to wash the grates from under them? There are no such people, which means you will have to work in the most "difficult" conditions.
First of all, you need a plastic bag for cleaning. It must be intact, without any damage, such that after tying it forms an airtight zone. In addition, the bag must be large enough to fit our dirty meat rack completely. If in doubt about the integrity of the package, you can fold one into one two identical ones.
Next, you need a detergent for dishes and some soda (a couple of tablespoons will be more than enough). We fill both of these into our bag, after which we need to make sure that the detergent is more or less distributed along the walls of the container.

This can be achieved by rubbing. Foam should form in the bag. As soon as foam appears, put the meat rack in the bag. Of course, by this time it should be cooled down! The dirty wire rack is neatly tied in the bag and left to sit for 12-14 hours. If everything was done correctly, then the carbon deposits after such a procedure will be literally removed with a stream of cold water from the tap.
