1. People are less likely to cook at home

2. We started to bake less
Someone will not agree with this statement and will be completely right. Indeed, many housewives today are systematically engaged in baking. But this is rather an exception. In general, people use less ovens for homemade baked goods.
In the USSR, everything was exactly the opposite. Almost all housewives baked cakes from time to time. Making dough and cream in a small kitchen was a real challenge at the time.
