After heavy snowfalls, there is often a need for quick and high-quality snow removal. Using manual labor for these purposes is not always considered a reasonable decision - it will take a lot of time and effort. In this case, it is better to use proven equipment in the form of an electric snow blower.
But electric shovels have recently appeared on the market., characterized by good power, low weight and the ability to disassemble into its component parts.
The most compact versions of the shovel have a bucket length of no more than 24 cm, while its height reaches 12 cm.. It may seem a little, but if you pay attention to the fact that the electric shovels are equipped with a rather powerful (up to 1.6 kW) motor, the process of snow removal from the adjacent territory will be quite fast.
Moreover, such equipment can be easily disassembled into its component parts and laid on the bottom of the car trunk. Snow throw is relatively small - up to 4 m, but this turns out to be quite enough for most personal plots.
Disadvantage - single-phase electric shovels are considered volatile, that is, they need electricity right on the spot. If it becomes necessary to clear snow on a personal plot where there is no electricity, then it is better to choose a battery electric shovel.
It is enough to charge the latter in the city electrical network, then bring the electric shovel to the place, then it will be able to work for at least half an hour due to the capacious battery (at least 1.3 A / h). Of course, the weight of the equipment will slightly increase due to the use of a lithium battery, but the shovel will still move due to the wheels over the cleaned area.
If more power is required, then it is perfectly reasonable to choose battery version of the snow blower, in which there is a more powerful (from 4 A / h) lithium battery, capable of guaranteeing the operation of the electric motor and the plastic auger for up to half an hour.
This equipment is often also equipped with a headlight, thanks to which the snow removal process can be carried out even at night. At the same time, the bucket can be up to 51 cm long, and which can be rotated up to 190 degrees, which will allow you to easily adjust the range of snow throwing.
If you need to remove snow from a large area, then it is better to use single-phase electric snow blowers. Their value lies in the fact that they are equipped with an extremely powerful (from 2 kW) electric motor, capable of giving torque to the auger and the latter can guarantee snow throwing at a distance of more than 6 m.
Such equipment is necessarily equipped with a powerful LED headlight, thanks to which snow can be removed even at night, and the best versions can also be equipped with a heated handle function, thanks to which it will be possible to remove snow in frosty weather without using gloves.
