A large number of manufacturing companies operate in the market of household lighting equipment and, in particular, the manufacture of LED lamps, which leads to strong competition. One of the directions for increasing the volume of business and the struggle for a buyer is the introduction of a number of demanded additional functions into such lamps.
The technical basis of the ongoing improvements is based on:
- high efficiency of the LED lamp as a light source;
- simplicity of control over the modes of its operation and great depth of regulation;
- the possibility of installing controllers directly in the lamp.
Various examples of the implementation of these functions in serial products are presented below. All the sources under consideration are equipped with an E27 base, i.e. can be screwed into a regular chuck.
1. Lamp with built-in rechargeable battery
This source is represented by the model JL / YD-678 of the Chinese company Kromatech. The presence of an on-board battery with a capacity of 1 A × hour keeps the lamp working in the event of a mains voltage failure. The functionality is expanded by three modes of operation: full power (22 crystals work), half power (14 crystals) and energy-saving (8 crystals).
2. Color music lamp
Remote controlled lamp type PRLED9E27, also known as Prestigio Smart, delivers 800 lumens of light output at 9W. By installing a controller that interacts via the Bluetooth interface with an Android smartphone, it allows:
- change the glow color within a wide range from white to various shades of RGD;
- turn on and off the light at a given time;
- used as part of color music installations.
3. Decorative lamp
The 3-watt Espada lamp has an unusual appearance, which is given to it by a transparent plastic bulb in the shape of a heart (see picture). picture 1). There are 25 LED point light sources installed inside the bulb. The LEDs are connected in series with wires in the form of a cobweb, they all turn on together, no built-in control is provided.
4. Controllable lamp
The Chinese corporation Xiaomi, known for its electronic products, offers a yeelightled buld lamp, Figure 2. The set of control commands of the built-in controller is supplemented with a wake-up function, which allows using the lamp as an alarm clock. When this function is implemented, when the set time is reached, the controller turns on the lamp. A certain drawback - to simplify the electronics, switching on occurs only in a step mode.
5. Speaker with LED backlit
The 3-watt speaker of the device operates in the range of 130 Hz - 15 kHz and is equipped with an RGB LED light. The remote control system based on the Bluetooth interface provides a 10-meter range, a 24-button remote control is used as a control element.
