Designer Nika Dyuzheva designed a 62 m² kopeck piece for herself and her child. The apartment was designed in a modern style with elements of scandi and neoclassicism. First of all, they tried to make the living space practical and comfortable for life.

  • total area: 62 m² (including balcony)
  • Number of rooms: 2
  • A place: Moscow region
  • Who lives here: woman with child
  • Budget: 3.5 million rubles
  • Designer: Nika Dyuzheva
The hostess wanted to provide a separate room for herself and for the child. In this regard, they decided to equip the mini-living room in the kitchen. The loggia adjacent to the designer's bedroom was insulated and equipped with a separate workplace.

Kitchen-living room

The room was organized in such a way that it was comfortable to cook and relax while watching TV.

The set was placed along the entire elongated wall. A spacious corner sofa was placed opposite. A TV was built in between the top cabinets.

Moldings serve as a zoning element. They shared a sitting area and a mini dining room. Plants add variety and dynamics to the interior - both depicted in the picture and alive.

Bedroom

The bedroom was furnished with white furniture. This color and the pastel gray-beige finish were emphasized by the painting above the headboard and diluted with the color of the textiles.

Tall bedside tables, floor lamps and a vertically oriented mirror visually extend the room in height.

On the adjoining loggia, a mini-office for the hostess was equipped, placing a compact table there. The room was decorated with brickwork.

Children

The base of the room for the child was the same scale as in the bedroom. It was shaded with curtains with a yellow accent. In addition, the nursery was diversified with a crib with an unusual frame. Toys and storage bins are also striking details.

Hallway

The narrow corridor was visually made more spacious thanks to wide doorways and high light skirting boards.

Bathroom

The bathroom and toilet were kept separate. Practical materials were used for their decoration, matching in color with the interior of the rest of the apartment.
