The hosts wanted the interior to appeal to the majority of potential customers. In addition, it was built in such a way that the appearance of the apartment could be easily transformed with the help of decor.

  • total area: 65 m²
  • Number of rooms: 2
  • Building type: house built in 1890
  • A place: Moscow
  • Who lives here: mainly for renting
  • Budget: 5 million rubles
  • Designers: Brimmer Design Buro
The kitchen and living room were combined into one space to create a spacious seating area that is also comfortable for receiving guests. The bathroom and toilet, on the contrary, have been separated for the greatest comfort of tenants.

Living room

Opening the old ceilings revealed wooden ceiling beams. They were restored, hiding the damaged ends with metal plates.

The metal elements then manifested themselves in other details. In particular, in the shelves in the TV area, as well as in the kitchen partition.

The floor in all rooms was laid with wear-resistant quartz-vinyl tiles. Thus, it was possible to achieve greater integrity in the interior.

Kitchen

The kitchen was insulated with a tinted glass partition. Thus, if necessary, the room can be quickly separated from the living room.

The white set seems to "dissolve". Thanks to light shades, the entire space turned out to be light, airy and unobtrusive.

Bedroom

The doors to the bedroom were also painted white to visually add a sense of space and freedom.

Decor elements, including, for example, a panel made of shells, add variety and emphasize. At the same time, they are easy to replace and thereby update and refresh the interior.

The bedroom was equipped with a wardrobe for use by tenants and a separate dressing room for storing the owners' belongings. They were hidden behind one common facade.

Bathrooms

The shower area was tiled. Otherwise, paint was also used to decorate the walls, since it can be easily updated if necessary.

On the other hand, a cabinet with a wooden screen door was built in for storing hygiene products.
