They tried to use the area as efficiently as possible in order to allocate as much living space as possible without an excess of walk-through zones. The result is actually a three-ruble note. The nursery was completely isolated, and the rest of the living quarters were turned into open space. At the same time, they provided an opportunity to hide the master bedroom.

  • total area: 72
  • Number of rooms: open plan apartment
  • Ceiling height: 3m
  • A place: Moscow
  • Who lives here: young family with a child
  • Budget: 4.5 million rubles
  • Designer: Rustem Urazmetov

Aesthetically, the apartment has turned into a large-scale installation. The interior was made minimalistic, but at the same time bright. The inspiration was the avant-garde art of the 20th century, the Bauhaus school and the work of Mondrian.

Living room

The calm living room was visually separated by a "hanging" bar counter, which added graphicity to the interior.

The white sofa of the Russian brand Moon stands out somewhat due to the screed method. The contrast is the rug with geometric lines that enter into dialogue with the dining group.

Kitchen

The headset was purchased from IKEA. Thanks to its color, it practically dissolves in space, but at the same time it is quite roomy due to two rows of upper cabinets.

Throughout the apartment, a monochrome Falquon laminate from the Colorita collection was used, which resembles a self-leveling floor.

Bedroom

The bedroom was separated by a glass partition with graphic black profiles. If necessary, the room can be additionally insulated with curtains.

Here, the reception of the interior was used tone on tone. Yellow, as the designer notes, is not typical for private spaces, but it can bring mood and energy.

Children

The child's room was made in a calm white color, complementing the interior with contrasting lines and other black elements.

The berth was also highlighted in yellow. For this, in particular, they painted a bed that they bought at IKEA.

Hallway

The hallway, which resembles a red parallelepiped, is in direct contact with the kitchen and living area, but due to the bright accent color, it looks isolated.

Bathrooms

They decided to make the toilet and the bathroom separate. In each of the rooms, its own color comes to the fore.

The bathroom is dominated by blue. A shower room was placed in it, which made it possible to leave a place for a sauna.

Layout

The clients were not afraid to bring to life a bold, albeit at the same time minimalistic project, which became a tribute to the artist Piet Mondrian.
