Designer Alexander Lisitsa designed an apartment for a young man working as a tattoo artist. This required a global redevelopment: from the one-room "Stalinka" there was a kopeck piece in the style of a loft and scandi.
- Total footage: 46 m²
- Rooms: 2
- Who lives here: bachelor
- Budget: RUB 3,000,000
- Designer: Alexander Lisitsa
The main wish of the customer was to provide more open space in the room, remove unnecessary partitions, adding more air and light.
The solution was redevelopment, which, on the one hand, blurred the massive boundaries between the rooms, but on the other hand, retained the functional zoning of the apartment.
Living room
The main room with a seating area was moved to the far corner of the apartment. There is an exit to the balcony.
In the decoration of the living room to give «lofts» used wood - the wall opposite the sofa was lined with asymmetric panels.
Calm colors were used in the design: light wood, white, dark gray.
Bedroom
The sleeping area was separated from the living room by a partition with transparent glass panels. If necessary, you can additionally delimit the zones using a blackout curtain.
In addition, it was possible to allocate a workplace in the bedroom.
Kitchen
The room for cooking and eating is adjacent to the living room, but the boundaries between them have also become more fragile.
The bar counter was taken out to the adjacent area. Due to this, the kitchen has become more spacious and comfortable.
Bathroom
In the new layout, the bathroom was moved away from the wall, making a corridor between the hallway and the kitchen.
The bathroom is dominated by dark gray. In addition, the room echoes the decor with the rest of the apartment through bright red accents.
