Designer Zhenya Postukhova has designed a compact studio of 30 m² for a couple with a small child. They took the Scandi style as a basis. When developing a planning solution, attention was paid to every square centimeter to accommodate everything you need.

  • total area: 30 m²
  • Number of rooms: Studio
  • Who lives here: married couple with a small child
  • Budget: up to 2 million rubles

The customers wanted to get a bright and comfortable apartment for two years of living with a small investment in repairs. As a result, the modern Scandinavian style with its white color and wooden textures became the basis of the aesthetic concept.

Living room

A blue-gray sofa was placed in the far corner of the room. During the day, it is the center of the living room, and at night it turns into a sleeping place for adults.

Initially, in place of the sofa, they wanted to place a bed behind a glass partition, but later they abandoned the idea of dividing the room in order to save space.

The wall behind the sofa was partially accentuated. It was decorated with brickwork. The TV area opposite was allocated in the same way.

Kitchen

The hostess loves to cook, so, despite the overall compact area, they decided to equip the kitchen with a spacious one with a comfortable work surface.

Everything you need was placed in the lower cabinets, and the upper ones rather perform a decorative function; glassware and decor look beautiful behind glass doors.

The laconic dining group acted as an element of zoning. They did not crush a small room with different floor coverings.

Hallway

A wardrobe and a shoe rack freely entered the hallway. In addition, a place was allocated there for storing a baby stroller - moreover, so that it does not interfere with the passage at all.

Bathroom

The bathroom continues the Scandi style. For decoration we chose wood-like tiles. They did not completely cover all the walls with this material, making a smooth transition from hexagonal tiles to painting.
