Autumn has come. The air temperature outside the window continues to drop, but the centralized heating is not yet working. To keep warm, you have to give up regular ventilation. Insufficient air circulation leads to oxygen deficiency, which negatively affects indoor plants. The situation is aggravated by heaters and underfloor heating, which mercilessly dry out the already stale air.

In addition to oxygen deficiency, flowers begin to feel a lack of light. A rapidly shortening day and cloudy weather slow down the process of photosynthesis. Such changes negatively affect flowering and the general condition of plants.

A 3% solution of hydrogen peroxide will help to correct the situation and saturate the flowers with oxygen. You can buy it at your nearest pharmacy. The composition of the drug includes oxygen and hydrogen molecules, which are necessary during the period of autumn starvation.

However, the beneficial properties of hydrogen peroxide do not end there. The drug has antiseptic and cleansing properties, which makes it an excellent prophylactic agent against diseases and pests.

Using hydrogen peroxide is easy. To do this, you need to prepare a weak aqueous solution of the drug. The recipe is simple. In one liter of water, it is necessary to dilute two tablespoons of 3% peroxide and mix until smooth. Use immediately after preparation.

In the first months, watering should be carried out no more than once every two weeks. Plants need to get used to the new feeding. Further, depending on the result, the frequency of watering can be increased up to a complete rejection of the settled water. That is, completely switch to an aqueous solution of peroxide. In this case, the concentration of the active substance can be reduced by half.

Watering should be done on the ground. For this, it is most convenient to use a large syringe. With its help, it is easy to draw up the solution and you can control the pressure. The latter is very important so as not to accidentally blur the roots.

As a result of fertilizing the plants, the general condition improves. They look healthier and more well-groomed. The turgor of the leaves increases, and the shade becomes juicier and greener. Flowering lasts much longer.

Watering with hydrogen peroxide is especially important in the autumn and winter. However, some growers use it all year round. In this case, the concentration of the active substance is selected individually.
