My working day starts at eight in the morning. Arriving at work, I receive a task for the whole day. At the moment, my main direction is the replacement of metering devices - water meters. In recent years, when filling out reporting documents or acts for registering water meters, at the end of the paper I always write my phone number, with the following words:
- "If you call, suddenly there is a leak or you need to replace the mixer or the toilet bowl, then I am always in touch and will be happy to help!"
The apartment owners keep such documents with my phone number for a long time, and, if necessary, quickly find me. There is not a day that someone either does not call and ask for help. I always try to leave, but recently, some clients have to refuse due to the fact that I keep this blog for my readers. It takes time and energy.
"No discount"
Before completing work, or at the end, sometimes clients ask for a discount. Pensioners are especially famous for this. But I never give them a discount, for several reasons:
Greed. To be honest, a small part of pensioners receive good money from the state. But in this case, too, they are ready to beg, to spend at a minimum on daily expenses. Everybody postpones and postpones. As if money would come in handy in the next world.
Helping children. There is a category of pensioners who give almost their entire pension to the "Wishlist" of their children. "They have a mortgage", "They are being built," etc. etc. Well, what have you got to do with it? Sometimes I ask myself after these words. Better buy yourself meat or some clothes. But not all the latter for children. Thus, "perverting" children, they take away their independence. It should be the other way around - children help! Or at least not go into your pocket.
They vote for Putin, Medvedev, United Russia. Sometimes the conversation with retirees comes to politics. So, the overwhelming majority of old people support the current government:
- Yes, of course, the pension is not big, but stable.

So this is what I will tell you, my dear pensioners (most of them). You deserve the pension, rent, and food prices you choose. And this is "United Russia" and dear Vladimir Vladimirovich. Therefore, when I come to your home and do my job, I will take from you in full, but not a penny more.
I give them discounts ...
The category of the population that I can easily discount on my work is:
- Young families are mortgage holders, single mothers. Financially difficult category
- People in pre-retirement age. Here, I give them a discount because recently, the authorities have deprived them of their timely retirement. These pensioners have to work hard for a low salary. If only they would not be fired, and at their age it is sometimes not realistic to find a new job.
