Many have seen sophisticated forms and sculptures made of plastic pipes in the "funny pictures". Starting from lamps, ending with dryers, stairs and even horizontal bars! The "huge" disadvantage of all these products is that they are tightly welded. It is impossible to disassemble them for the manufacture of another product. I offer you an alternative for easy, reusable pipes and fittings.
For this reusable constructor, we need:
- Pipes for cold or hot water supply.
- Various fittings, corners, tees, crosses, depending on the future craft.
- Milling cutter for wood with a diameter of 20 mm.
I reveal the plan
Using a cutter, it is necessary to drill out the factory diameter of the fittings from 18.5 - 19 mm to 20 millimeters.
Thus, a thin layer of polypropylene is removed, which is involved in the "dense" welding of parts of the water supply.
Removing this layer is necessary so that a pipe with a diameter of slightly more than 20 mm can tightly, with a great stretch, enter the drilled fittings.
Pay attention to the diameter of the pipe using a caliper. It is different, between the cold water pipe (Pn 10) and the hot water pipe (Pn 20). What is it connected with? I can't say, it all depends on the manufacturer's firm and its greed. Keep in mind the "thicker" the pipe, the harder it will fit into the drilled fitting.
Let's move on to a homemade product for the house that performs a specific function: Cut pipes of the required length. And he began to mount them in a certain order. The pipe with the fitting is very tight. It takes a lot of effort. It takes brute masculine strength. Either you have to tap something. For example mallets. Scroll through the gallery.
FROM At first glance, you get a grate that resembles a dryer, but this is not it.
Until my household is missing. I decided to make for my baby "plastic construction". It is necessary to close the passage of an infant, who is already capable of crawling, to unwanted objects. Such as a vacuum cleaner, shoes in the hallway and food from a bowl of a cat and the woolen friend.
Surprisingly, the structure turned out to be quite strong, capable of withstanding the load from children's hands, but at the same time it has a minimum weight, which allows you to easily move the fence around the house.
Many will say that the game is not worth the candle! Believe me it's worth, I can disassemble this structure and remake it into something else when the child grows up. For example, you can collect: Dryers, stands, supports for vegetables in the garden... The number of crafts is limited to the flight of your imagination. There are many applications, and you only need to get confused once.
If you need to finally fix the connection, then just screw the self-tapping screw into the pipe and fitting, at the joint.
I hope the craft deserves your royal husky!
