Passing the market, fleetingly noticed that the grannies were selling some kind of white balls. Immediately a thought flashed through my head. Mushroom, raincoat. He stopped immediately, ran to the pensioner and bought this raincoat for 200 rubles.

First of all, for cooking, it should be peeled and cut into pieces. Unfortunately, in the context, the mushroom turned out to be overripe. The yellow part of the pulp should be removed.

The skin of the mushroom is very easy to remove. And this process is especially enjoyable. It's like taking a film off a brand new phone.

As a result, removing the yellow pulp, 1/3 of the edible mushroom remains.

We load the white "spongy matter" into a saucepan, fill it with water and set to boil. So that the bad connections leave the beautiful pulp of the raincoat.

After half an hour of cooking, drain the water. Pour fresh, salt and boil our delicacy again for 10-15 minutes.

But the pieces themselves became denser, like a chicken breast.
