My friend, an office worker, was happy with this organizer, which I made from a keyboard and a tin can.

Hello dear readers!

When my old computer keyboard broke, I was in no hurry to throw it away, I wanted to make something out of it. And so it happened, made a useful souvenir out of it for a friend who works in the office. He was pleased, since no one else in his team had such a cool little thing. And I made an organizer for his pens and pencils.

For making, I used:

· Old non-working keyboard from the computer;

· High tin can;

· Acrylic paint;

· Hot glue;

· Paint in a spray can;

· Universal varnish in a spray can.

Such an organizer is very easy and quick to make, and the cost of materials is minimal.

Step 1.

I painted the tin can with black acrylic paint. I did this so that the jar would not shine through the keys, and the hot glue would better stick to the painted surface.

Step 2.

I removed all the keys from the keyboard. This can be easily done with scissors or a screwdriver. After that, he threw them into a basin, washed them with dish detergent and dried them well.

Step 3.

I started gluing the keys to the jar. In a circle, in staggered rows from the top of the can to the bottom.

If there is too much or too little space at the end of the row, then you can take the key wider or narrower. Fortunately, they are of different widths.

Here's what I got at this stage of my work.

Step 4.

I painted the inside of the can with black paint from a spray can, so it looks much nicer.

Step 5.

Covered the entire organizer with universal varnish from a spray can.

Friends, try to use spray paints and varnishes in well-ventilated areas or outdoors. Otherwise, the whole apartment will have a stench and in addition breathe paint yourself, which is very bad!

The organizer is ready! I think it turned out to be very cute. At least in the office, everyone was asking my friend where he bought one and if there is more. In general, everyone liked it.

Write in the comments how you like this idea from the keyboard? If interested, I'll write another article on what I made from the inside of the keyboard.
