Dear friends, hello!
Today I want to show you what a small masterpiece we got from a glass bottle. At the same time I will tell you in detail what was done and how. Of course, there is a lot of work, and a lot of materials are needed, but they are all simple and cheap. Moreover, their number is very small.
Here's what we used:
· A small glass bottle;
· Nail polish remover or the like;
· Acrylic paints of different colors;
· Thin cardboard;
· Pencil, scissors, brushes, ruler;
· Bandage;
· PVA glue and hot glue;
· Wide tape, toothpicks;
· Plaster-based construction putty;
· Spatula and knife for butter;
· Sandpaper;
· Printout from the Internet;
Homemade polymer clay, see the recipe here;
· Mold;
· Acrylic lacquer.
Step 1.
The bottle was degreased with nail polish remover and covered with acrylic paint as a primer.
Step 2.
The necessary parts were cut out of thin cardboard and glued with PVA glue on a medical bandage.
Step 3.
After the parts were dry, hot glue them were glued to the bottle.
Step 4.
Now let's make a small tool that will come in handy in the future.
Step 5.
We diluted a little building putty and applied it to the bottle.
Step 6.
After a while, while the putty is still damp, it can be smoothed out with a wet finger.
Step 7.
Scratch in the right places with the tool that we made from scotch tape and toothpicks.
Step 8.
After 12 hours, sand the bottle and prime it with PVA.
Step 9.
Covered with white acrylic paint and when it dried, glued a printout from the Internet.
Step 10.
A homemade polymer was molded into the mold (recipe here) and stuck the patterns on the bottle.
Step 11.
We glued the lace.
Step 12.
Painted in different colors.
Step 13.
Covered with acrylic varnish.
Step 14.
They tied a couple of pendants with twine and tied them to the neck of the bottle.
This is such a cool bottle in the book.
