Let's prepare a super-vitamin mix that is packed with vitamins and minerals.

So, for cooking you need:

200 gr. sweet dried apricots;

200 gr. physalis;

· Lemon zest.

Only 3 ingredients, and the benefits of a whole wagon and a small cart!

After all, physalis fruits have anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, choleretic and other beneficial effects. Dried apricots are useful for the prevention of the cardiovascular system, gastrointestinal tract and other systems.

Dried apricots must be necessarily sweet, only thanks to this, the jam can be made without sugar.

1. We wash the dried apricots well and cut them in half, so it will be easier to twist them in a meat grinder.

2. We clean the physalis and remove the leg. We carefully remove the leg, even from the inside of the berry. Otherwise, the jam will taste bitter.

3. Skip dried apricots and physalis in a meat grinder, put them in a bowl and mix them well.

4. Rub the lemon zest on a fine grater and add to a bowl. Add the amount of zest to your taste.
