Free communication still exists! The late Danycom subscribers were asked to switch to MCN, which I did.
Simka MCN can also be received by those who have not been to Danycom.
MCN is a telecom operator that has always worked only with legal entities. 15 years ago, I had Internet and IP-telephony at work from this provider.
When Danycom was on the verge of death, an agreement was reached whereby MCN was ready to take Danycom's subscribers. By the way, MCN mobile communication operates on the same Tele2 network (respectively, 3G and 4G operate in Moscow, but there is no GSM 2G network).
The site and personal account of MCN are not at all like the sites of mobile operators and an ordinary subscriber who has entered there is likely to be frightened. :)
However, the site has a section "Individuals" https://mobile.mcn.ru .
Perhaps the most interesting thing is the Internet and the return for incoming calls. You can connect free 200 MB per month for receiving one advertising SMS per day. You can activate the option of returning 50 kopecks for every minute of an incoming call (this money will be used to pay for other services).
There are three options: 8 kopecks per MB (rounding up to 100 KB) no monthly fee, 5 kopecks per 1 MB (rounding up to 100 KB) with a monthly fee of 50 rubles per month, 6 kopecks per 1 MB (rounding by 1 KB) with a monthly fee of 25 rubles per month.
Ideal for various smart devices with SIM cards (there would be 2G in Moscow for those devices that only support 2G, but there's nothing you can do about it).
For calls and SMS, the conditions are also much better than those of the Big Four operators.
The personal account of an unprepared person is also a little scary. :)
Not all options can be enabled without technical support. So in order to connect 200 MB for advertising SMS, you need to create a ticket on the support portal for private clients https://community.mcn.ru. By the way, there are also answers to frequently asked questions and a user forum (where else will you see the forum on the mobile operator's website? :))).
To become an MCN subscriber, you need to pay 100 rubles, which will be credited to your account. Simka can be picked up at the office or ordered with free shipping by Russian Post.
MCN operates in the following cities: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar, Samara, Orel, Yekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk, Saratov, Novosibirsk, Perm, Kazan, Izhevsk, Kaliningrad, Voronezh, Omsk, Tomsk, Kemerovo, Krasnoyarsk, Kirov, Barnaul.
In order for the SIM card to work, you need to perform a paid action at least once every 180 days. This also applies to SIM cards with free 200 MB.
I'll go back to my sim card. First I installed it on my phone, it started. I tried to call my main number from her. Surprisingly, the call went through, even if the account was zero. I didn’t pick up the phone. The internet works.
I put this SIM card in a CCTV camera with a built-in modem (https://ammo1.livejournal.com/1188994.html ). Works great and probably 200 MB is more than enough for a month of its work, provided that the picture from the camera will be viewed remotely for a few seconds a day.
