Designer Ivan Pozdnyakov designed a kopeck piece 45 m² in Biryulyovo for a young man. The apartment was in a deplorable state, so at first it was necessary to carry out preliminary work - to replace the floor screed and align the walls.

  • total area: 45 m²
  • A place: Moscow, Biryulevo
  • Number of rooms: 2
  • House type: panel house II-49 series
  • Who lives here: young man
  • Designer: Ivan Pozdnyakov

The customer wanted to see light colors and modern shapes in the interior. The redevelopment was minimal - the partition between the bathroom and the toilet was demolished and the location of the doorways was changed. This helped to minimize repair costs.

Living room

The living room is very bright. Decorated with Swedish Eco wallpaper and marble-look Quick-Step laminate flooring. Most of the furniture was purchased from the Russian brand OGOGO Souvenirs, which also helped to save money.

A separate dressing room was equipped to the right of the entrance; it was hidden behind glass doors with golden profiles. The accessories were also selected in a noble metal shade.

Kitchen

In the kitchen, gray was added to the combination of white and green. The corner kitchen was rounded, the refrigerator was hidden in a pencil case, and a mini-dishwasher was placed under the oven.

The roundness of the shape of the headset was repeated in the dining area.

Bedroom

The walls in the bedroom were decorated with decorative plaster and complemented with an unusual plywood construction. Vertical lines begin behind the head of the bed, move to the ceiling, and then to the opposite wall, linking the space of the room together.

Mirrors were installed on both sides of the bed, the angle of their inclination set the direction for laying the laminate.

Hallway

The hallway against the background of the other rooms in the apartment turned out to be contrasting. The walls were covered with textured dark plaster, and the floor was covered with porcelain stoneware. A curbstone was placed to the right of the entrance, a full-length mirror was mounted behind it. A spacious wardrobe was built into the niche opposite. The role of the accent color in the hallway was given to golden.

Bathroom

In the decoration of the bathroom, two types of tiles were combined - a white mosaic and a green standard format. An interesting solution was the fixing of the mixer to the mirror. It was forced, since there was no place for communications under the sink - a washing machine was fitted there.
