Hello dear friends!
Today we will cook a little and make excellent and delicious corn pancakes. Quite an unusual recipe that will surprise anyone! It turns out to be an excellent appetizer or side dish for meat or fish.
For cooking you need:
1. 1 can of corn;
2. 1 egg;
3. 120 g flour;
4. Salt and ground garlic to taste;
5. A little vegetable oil for frying.

1. Pour the juice from a jar of corn into a cup, break an egg into it, add dried garlic to taste (you can without it) and mix everything thoroughly with a whisk.
2. Pour corn into the same cup and add flour, but not all at once, but in 2 doses. Add salt to taste and knead.
3. Pour some vegetable oil into the pan and heat it.
4. Put the mixture in hot oil with a large spoon and fry until golden brown on both sides.
