When the foreman refused to check my meter, I decided to go the other way and replace the meter myself. But this was not destined to come true. :)
I bought a cheap Aqueduct meter in Leroy for 451 rubles and even made sure that the data on its calibration at the plant had already been entered into the Arshin system.
And then a letter came to me. :)
I was written by a regular reader of my blog, Sergei Medvedev, who is the director of the company, engaged in the verification of meters, and offered to believe or replace my meter for free, without asking nothing in return.
A couple of days later, the master came and said that the Alekseevsky meters really do not believe without removing them (for some reason they were not included in some approved list). You can believe them, but for this you need to remove them, take them to the laboratory, believe them, bring them back and put them on. In general, "the game is not worth the candle."
The master installed a new Valtec meter for me, sealed it and issued an "Act of replacing the apartment water meter" with indicating the readings of the old and new meter and the "Act of putting into operation of apartment metering devices water".
With these documents it was necessary to go to the management company. I called there and found out that they accept documents on replacing meters only on Mondays and Thursdays from 16 to 18. And then I took, scanned the documents and "for good luck" sent them to the management company by e-mail indicated on the site.
Literally half an hour later, the answer came: "documents are accepted." Bingo!
Now I'm waiting for the new counter to appear on mos.ru (they say, up to two weeks).
P.S. Sergey did not ask to advertise his company and even name it, but I will still write: the company is called NPF Penta npf-penta.ru. Checking the meters there costs 1000 rubles. After that, I read a large discussion in the district group on Facebook about where it is better to check the counters, and I was surprised to see that this particular company was recommended there.
