You come home from work tired and have no more strength for anything, but would it still be nice to have something to eat? It doesn't matter, because a truly wonderful and hearty dinner can be prepared in just 10 minutes from two chicken eggs. And no, in this case we are not talking about scrambled eggs and not even about an omelet, as you could think of.
What you need: 2 chicken eggs, 300 grams of cabbage, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, 2-3 tbsp flour, 2 tsp vegetable oil, 0.5 tsp black pepper, sour cream.
The recipe for making an evening delicacy is generally simple. First of all, we take, wash and finely chop the cabbage at least 300 grams. We load the slices into a bowl, after which we break two eggs there. Add one teaspoon of salt to the cabbage, and then mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
When the herbs and eggs are well mixed, add half a teaspoon of ground pepper to a bowl and stir. Then add the flour already stored earlier to the bowl and mix it all over again. In parallel with this, we heat a frying pan with butter. As soon as the temperature is acceptable, unload all the contents from the bowl into the pan and level it with a spatula.

There was nothing left. Sprinkle sesame seeds on cabbage with egg and fry our dish for 10 minutes. Then turn the cabbage pancake over and fry it with the other side for another 10 minutes. To speed up and improve the process, you can cover the dish with a lid. A pancake is served with sour cream. It is highly recommended that you eat it at a time while warm.
