When the majority of owners are faced with the task of bending a profile pipe, the overwhelming majority of them immediately think about using a welding machine. However, what to do in a situation when the use of welding is impossible, including due to the fact that suitable equipment is simply not available? In fact, welding is not needed at all to bend a profile pipe at 90 degrees.
What you need: grinder, cutting disc, felt-tip pen, square
Having prepared all of the above, you can get to work. The first step is to make markings on the sides of the profile pipe. To do this, we set a square at 45 degrees and draw right angles. Everything must be done so that the points of the corners on the inner side of the pipe bend are connected together and thus form two parallel lines.
Further, from the right line we make an indent of 10 mm to the right and draw another line. We make a longitudinal line in the middle between them. We retreat 15 mm from the left line and do the same thing accordingly. We connect the resulting lines to each other along the edges of the profile.

Armed with a grinder with a thin cutting wheel, we make cuts along the contours of the side corners. Next, on the inside, we cut 2 right parallel segments. On the left, we make a cutout only along the inner transverse line. We take out all the cut out metal and bend the formed tongue at a right angle outward about 1 mm before it starts. Now it remains only to bend the profile pipe at 90 degrees and bend all the tongues.
