Before you understand what I have come to, you need to know what is given to me:
It is necessary to fit 28 cubic meters of the block. I work alone. The blocks are relatively flat.
- In my opinion, in order to work with a special mineral glue, you will need to be distracted by its preparation. The work is quite dirty, no matter how hard you try, gray spots will be on the walls. Which is not very good in the absence of timely exterior decoration. Vertical seams are difficult to make thinly sutured, which is why some bricklayers do not even fill them.
- When working with special glue-foam, you do not need to prepare a solution. It is only important to keep the cylinders warm. It is applied to previously dust-free blocks easily, without problems. But, you need to understand that the seam is less than a millimeter, so there is a very large requirement for the block geometry. And if they jump in size. You will have to erase a lot of graters on the gas block and spend a lot of time.
In the end, I chose foam glue for the construction of a large bath. Looking ahead, I'll tell you. After laying 28 cubes of this building material on a solution from a spray can, I began to understand that in the future, if it is necessary to build from "gas", then I will "put" on horizontal seams on mineral glue. And the vertical seams, I'll fill the glue with foam.
