Another way to cheat in the market

A couple of days ago, for the first time this year, I visited the market near the Losinoostrovskaya platform and immediately encountered a new way of deceiving buyers for me.

Another way to cheat in the market

All sellers in the market for medlar costs 500 rubles per kilogram and only in one place on the price tag 425.

We chose a tray of 800 grams, asked to weigh it and the seller named the price of 720 rubles. I already reached for the money, and then I wondered how it is 720 rubles, if a kilogram costs 425, and there is clearly less than a kilogram in the tray. And the seller in an unhappy voice says: "425 is the price for a pound, see the price tag."

Did you see that the price tag says that this is the price per pound? And I didn’t see - the crookedly written something about 0.5 was skillfully placed behind the side of the tray so that it was invisible.

The calculation is that if the buyer takes several goods, he will not notice that he paid almost double the price for one (or maybe not for one).

Walking around the market, I discovered that some sellers began to write prices per pound. Here, cherries, for example, how much does it cost?

200 rubles per kilogram? No, 400.

But here at least the price, like everyone else's. 200 is probably written only to make it seem that it is not so expensive.

Be carefull! When buying something in the markets, make sure that the price on the price tag is per kilogram, not half a kilogram.
