To make buns you will need:

  • 150 g cabbage;
  • 20 ml olive oil;
  • 200 g flour;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 140 ml of pure filtered water;
  • 50-60 g semolina;
  • 4 g of dry fast-acting yeast;
  • salt, sugar, spices to taste.

Flour, sugar and yeast dissolve in water heated to +35 degrees. The resulting composition is kneaded with flour. In parallel, it is necessary to chop the cabbage, peel and chop the garlic.   • 250 ml of water;
  • 1-2 tablespoons of granulated sugar;
  • 15 grams of fresh yeast;
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt;
  • 250-300 g of white cabbage;
  • 300-400 g flour;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1-2 carrots;
  • 3-4 tablespoons of sunflower oil;
  • salt, spices, herbs and herbs to taste.
