You are on the starter channel for garage self-taught welding and locksmiths. Sometimes it is necessary to evenly join the profile or round pipes before welding. Let's show a few examples with real photos from the garage, how to make such a docking with round pipes.
We have several pieces of pipe of the same diameter. It is necessary to weld these pieces into one even whip. That is, after welding, these pieces must be in the same axis. Everything is simple and there are several options to choose from.
If there is a piece of an even corner, then we join along this corner. We put pieces of a round pipe in this corner and grab the pipe. In the corner, the pieces of pipes will by themselves be located in one axis. This is what we needed. There is another option, look.
You can take a couple of pieces of a profile pipe and grab them together so that you get a shape resembling a corner. This is how it is at the top of the picture.
We place pieces of round pipes in this makeshift corner made of shaped pipes. In this position, our round pipes will be located in the same axis. We make potholders, grind them a little with a grinder and scald our joint. I'll show you a way.
Look at this funny picture. Behind the welder's back is a figure of 3 pipes. You can do the same. The lower 2 pipes will act as a groove in which you need to put pieces of abutting pipes from above.
There will be the same principle as in the two examples earlier - an example with a corner or with two shaped pipes. The pipes to be joined will lie in front of the tacks in one axis.
