How a designer made a cool renovation for only 700 thousand rubles in a studio of 24 m² for a bachelor: layout before and after

Designer Olga Vodeneeva designed a 24 m² studio for a young man. The task was to fit a kitchen, a sleeping place, a dining area, a storage system, and also provide a workplace in a small area. In this case, the area of ​​a single room is only 14 m².

Redevelopment works only touched the doorway leading to the room from the hallway. It was expanded by completely dismantling the partition. Wall decoration is as simple as possible - the walls and baseboards are painted white.

Living area

Laminate under a light wood was laid on the floor throughout the room. Diagonal layout allows you to visually expand the room. A folding sofa is used as a berth. On the contrary, a working area has been arranged - a wide blue writing desk. The coffee table replaces a small stool.

Kitchen-dining room

The kitchen unit was built into a blue backlit box, which helped to clearly zone the room. The mini-refrigerator was hidden in the closet of the lower tier. The apron was partially mirrored to visually increase the space.

Hallway

The hallway was compositionally separated from the room by another floor covering - large-format porcelain stoneware. Thanks to the dismantling of the partition, it was possible to organize a spacious storage system here - a cabinet in the ceiling.

Bathroom

The bathroom was decorated in beige colors. The washing machine was removed under the countertop with the sink; the suspensions at the mirror are responsible for the dim lighting. The space above the installation was supplemented with wooden shelves.

Loggia

A recreation area was arranged on the loggia. A small sofa was supplemented with a coffee table and a wall sconce imitating a floor lamp.
