For the preparation of hot sauce, you can use not only plums, but also ripe cherry plum. All fruits should be pre-prepared: wash thoroughly and separate the pulp from the seeds. Other ingredients are prepared in a similar way: hot peppers should be washed and peeled, a couple of garlic cloves should be freed from the husk. You can choose spices at your discretion. The amount is also added to taste. The prepared components are sent to a blender and crushed until the mass becomes homogeneous. Next, boiling water is added to the mass and brought to the consistency of sour cream. The sauce is boiled for fifteen minutes, after which it is laid out in a prepared container and covered with lids.

You can add flavor to the taste by adding apples to the sauce. Plums and apples should be thoroughly washed, seeds removed from plums, and seeds from apples. The tomatoes are washed and then peeled. To make everything go easy, you can dip the tomato into boiling water for a few seconds, so the skin will easily separate from the pulp. The peppers are washed and the seeds are removed, the garlic cloves are freed from the husk. All ingredients are ground in a blender and then cooked for about an hour. As soon as the mass begins to thicken, chopped garlic, salt, sugar and selected spices are added to the sauce. After that, the sauce is left on the fire for another thirty minutes. The boiling sauce is distributed in a glass container. Then the jars are turned over, covered with a thick cloth and kept like this until the sauce has cooled. After cooling, the jars are removed to a cool room.
