Necessary ingredients:
• mackerel (small) 1 piece;
• Onion peel - on the eye;
• salt - 5 tablespoons. l .;
• Water - 1L.
Let's start with onion peel. It must be briefly soaked in water and then put on fire. There also add salt and bring to a boil. Then place the mackerel in a pan with the husk and boil for 3 minutes. Voila! Fish is ready! Enjoy.
Note:
Cooking time is designed for small mackerel. If you have large fish, increase the cooking time or cut mackerel in several places.
