5. Porcelain stoneware
This material is most often used for finishing the floor on a balcony or loggia. It has a number of advantages. Porcelain stoneware is moisture-resistant, wear-resistant, has a wide variety of colors and textures, is easy to clean, and is also great for arranging a warm floor. In addition, he is not afraid of temperature changes, which cannot always be said about ceramic tiles, which are used as an alternative.
Of the minuses, the severity of the material can be noted, it increases the load on the floor slab. It is also not recommended to choose products with a glossy surface for the floor - it is easy to slip on them.
4. Laminate
This material is suitable only for glazed loggias and balconies. Panels of the 33rd and 34th classes are the most resistant to temperature extremes and high humidity. They should be used in the case of cold glazing.
For insulated balconies, products recommended for ordinary living quarters are suitable. Installation of laminate flooring is usually straightforward, but requires careful preparation of the substrate and the use of a backing.
3. Garden parquet
Garden parquet or decking is called tile modules made of wood that have undergone heat treatment and are covered with a special impregnation. They are laid on a plywood backing or wooden crate.
Externally, the coating resembles parquet, due to which it looks expensive and noble. However, this solution also has disadvantages. For example, dirt and other small particles can enter the wide joints between the lamellas.

This material can withstand heavy loads, is moisture resistant, does not fade in the sun and copes with temperature extremes.
Due to its plasticity, quartz vinyl will easily hide small irregularities on the floor.

Cork is considered an environmentally friendly material that creates a favorable microclimate in the room. Such a floor has a low thermal conductivity, therefore it retains heat in winter and cool in summer.
Also appreciated is its anti-static properties, which prevent dust from settling. Cork is marketed in sheets, panels, rolls and tiles.
