Planning before and after

Before redevelopment.
As a result of the redevelopment, the area of the apartment was increased by 0.4 m². All wet areas were left in their places, and the living area was redrawn in such a way that instead of two rooms there were three. The living room was made a walk-through - now you can get from it to the kitchen and bedroom.

Living room

The interior of the living room has many rounded shapes that refer to the neomemphis style. The wooden arch in the doorway echoes the silhouette of a niche in which a seating area was equipped with soft panels and ottomans.

Kitchen

The kitchen was hidden behind a sliding glass partition. Terrazzo porcelain stoneware was laid on the floor. A similar one, only with smaller inclusions, was used to trim the apron.

The headset was arranged in an L-shaped manner. On one wall, two tiers of wardrobes were launched, on the other - tall pencil cases with appliances, they are not visible from the living room, which makes the kitchen look easier. Mirrored facades of wall cabinets visually expand the space.

Bedroom

To decorate the walls in the bedroom, they used light blue wallpaper with an unobtrusive print. The bed was pushed against the wall to provide space for additional storage systems. A bench was placed at the foot.

guest room

The guest room has appeared as a result of redevelopment. There are no windows in it, so a transom was provided in the partition with the bedroom. A rich blue hue was chosen to finish the accent wall, and it continues on the adjacent surface. A zigzag shelf acts as a limiter.

In addition to sleeping space, it was possible to equip a working area here, as well as provide a spacious storage system.

Hallway

After laying the former doorway leading to the kitchen, a niche was formed. It was equipped with a utility block with a washing machine. The front door was framed by built-in wardrobes with slatted facades.

Bathroom

In the decoration of the bathroom, the same terrazzo porcelain stoneware, vertical tiles of two shades and paint were combined. An auxiliary storage system was planned above the installation box. The facades of the wardrobes merge with the walls, visually dissolving in space.
