This vacuum cleaner attachment looks like the real thing but doesn't work.
To my Dyson V6 Animal Pro + cordless vacuum cleaner (https://ammo1.livejournal.com/782056.html) for five years. For the past few years I have been using it with the crevice tool and the brush head, but I have not used it with the floor tool.
The reason is simple - in the "manual" mode it is convenient for them to collect dust and fine dirt from the floor and objects, but if you use it "in the normal mode vacuum cleaner ", hair is wound around the turbo brush and I am completely reluctant to clean it - it is easier to use a large network vacuum cleaner Samsung SC6570 (https://ammo1.livejournal.com/17046.html).
I recently saw on Aliexpress a simple floor nozzle for my Dyson for 550 rubles and ordered it.
I expected that it would be a small nozzle, 15-20 centimeters wide, as close to the floor as possible. The suction power of a cordless vacuum cleaner is ten times less than that of a network vacuum cleaner, therefore, in order for such a brush to work, this must be taken into account.
There were no sizes in the description of the goods, only in the characteristics they wrote 15 cm. A huge brush came, 25 cm wide.
With it, the vacuum cleaner almost does not suck in dust at once for three reasons:
- The brush is twice as large as needed, so the vacuum created under it is not enough.
- High bristles, which are completely unnecessary here, still reduce the vacuum, and even collect all the hair and dust on itself.
- The branch pipe at the brush comes out at a fixed angle, designed for dwarfs. If the height of a person using a vacuum cleaner with this attachment is more than 150 cm, the brush is inevitably located at an angle to the floor and a large gap forms on one side, which worsens the suction of dust.
I took advantage of the free return and yesterday sent this misunderstanding back to the seller, having previously cleaned the brush and brought it to a marketable condition.
I never cease to be amazed at Chinese engineering! How could you create a product that, in principle, cannot work? Even more surprising are the 35 positive reviews from satisfied customers.
