Layout before and after
Before redevelopment.
Living room
The living room was arranged next to the exit to the balcony. For the decoration of the walls, we used seamless canvases on a non-woven base with a top layer of plaster. The striped edging along the bottom of the curtain echoes the pattern on the fresco, forming a single composition.
To delimit the functional areas, the sofa was placed with its back to the dining group.
Kitchen
Large-format porcelain stoneware under the stone was laid on the floor in the kitchen area. The headset was built L-shaped. Its facades in pale blue and powdery shades communicate a connection with the living room and the corridor. A deep window sill can act as an additional work surface.
The dining group was moved closer to the living room. The silhouettes of the lamps above the dining table are similar to the rounded geometric ornaments on the walls in the living room, which ties the interior together.
Bedroom
In the bedroom, delicate powdery colors in the decoration were combined with deep greens in textiles. The fresco on the wall behind the headboard with a tropical print became the main accent.
In addition to the sleeping place, it was possible to place a dressing table and storage systems - a chest of drawers and a spacious wardrobe.
guest room
The entire space of the room was conditionally divided into an office and a recreation area. The walls were decorated with beige and muted green paint. The color transition smoothed out the geometric pattern. Mustard curtains helped diversify the color palette.
The desktop was moved closer to the window. A wide wardrobe with mirrored doors was placed on a par with it. He works to visually expand the space.
Hallway
Porcelain stoneware was laid on the floor in the hallway and corridor. The blue wall in the corridor has become a bright accent; in fact, it is included in the space of the kitchen-living room. Deep interior openings were beaten with the help of addons, creating an imitation of wooden sheathing.
Bathroom
The bathroom in the apartment is separate. For the shower cabin in the bathroom, there was no need to provide a podium - the drain ladder was deepened into the screed. This became possible due to the fact that the apartment is located on the first floor. Embossed tiles became an unusual decoration for both rooms, which helped to add dynamics to the interior.
