Today I finally returned the Bluetooth receiver to the Wilberries, which turned out to be mono, not stereo.
It took ten (!) Days for the store to allow me to return it.
Most items other than clothing and footwear are considered irrevocable in Wildbirds. It seems that this is not visible in the product card at all, but in the shopping list all such products are marked with an exclamation mark in a circle.
Non-return items can be returned, but you must obtain a "return authorization". To do this, you need to select the item "Checking the product" in the profile, there "Create an application", select the product, write the reason for the return and attach photos.
These applications are not considered very quickly. Last time it was two days, this time already ten days. After approval, you can carry the goods to the pick-up point.
Ozone is much better in this regard - any product can be returned within 30 days without explanation. reasons, but now many things in Wildberry are cheaper, so you have to choose between comfort and the price.
