This time I decided to find out from which Chinese rice this unit was made. Does it actually have a brushless motor? And what are its design features.
I will start the disassembly by removing the handle cover. In it I found only a switch. With poorly recognizable markings. I made the photo as clearly as I could. Scroll through the gallery.
He unscrewed the four long screws holding the motor and gearbox housing together. Divided into parts. Pleased with the presence of grease, an unusual blue color.
The next step is to disassemble the motor housing. What is packed in it? always interested in how a brushless motor looks like in real life. Here it is in all its glory:
As you can see, this engine consists of two parts, the first is the power one, the engine itself. The second part, an electronics unit that regulates the engine in various modes. This unit is filled with soft resin, and there are even screws on the back for disassembly. This is very encouraging. Since this unit is repairable. Unlike other brands. In which a solid resin is poured. And you have to change the entire electronic unit. And this is half the cost of the tool.
Then he began to open the duralumin case. Unscrew the two remaining screws. And he began to slip a screwdriver into the special hole.
The detail did not want to get out of hand. It gave in tightly. I didn't want to break the case with my crooked hands. And he even almost made the decision to stop and collect everything back. But I knew that the review would not be complete if I did not open it...
I did this by rocking the lid up and down. And the separation was prevented by a pressed-in bearing in the housing.
I saw a hardened gear in lubrication, bearing 6001Z from CW. And the chain oil supply system. If they thought of an automatic supply of oil to a loaded unit, then the price of this saw would not exist. Or the simpler the better?

To summarize:Plastic in this saw was used durable, the mating of the body parts with each other on a solid quarter (good). Screws, washers, nuts are normal. I am generally satisfied with the quality of the product. How long time will tell. I will definitely tell you about breakdowns, if any.
