How to water and fertilize

The pear of this variety is not covered for the winter, but sometimes it is necessary to close the trunk from rodents. This can be done using coniferous branches, nylon fabric or glass wool. You can make a special whitewash from:
- 8 liters of water;
- 250 g of copper sulfate;
- 1 kg of droppings;
- 1 kg of lime.
The product should be infused for about three or four hours. They need to process the main branches and trunk. The procedure takes place in mid-October.
The cultivar is not resistant to scab, but rust and powdery mildew can also occur. Scab develops in humid conditions. It spreads very quickly. You need to regularly thin out the crown, dig in the trunk, burn the foliage.
